I’ve worked on amazing teams with great work culture and process, and I bring that to every team I join. I love improving collaboration, and nerding out on how to free up space to do great work.

I don’t believe in ego

I believe good ideas can come from anywhere and anyone. In order to solve complex problems we need different and diverse perspectives, and that leaves little room for ego.
